Whether massaging self or using these techniques on clients in practice, releasing the tension held in the face relaxes the entire nervous system via the fascial network. We will discuss the anatomy/physiology theory behind the benefit of facial massage, and then learn an easy to remember set of steps and techniques to use on clients and self.
