CourseGraphic Ready to Change Your Body?

This is an interactive, life changing, fast-paced, heart pumping, muscle burning workout session that will have you feeling better about your tomorrows! You will engage in various exercises including cardio, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), calisthenics and weight training to tone and firm your body. Sometimes in life, all you need is a little nudge and encouragement... well here’s that moment you’ve been waiting for.

The sessions are open to all fitness levels, but please keep in mind that this is not an “easy” class and that the goal of the instructor is to get you into shape, physically and mentally!

Please bring hand weights (between 1-5 pounds), a towel, water, and a yoga mat (optional) to class.
