One week, ½ day course
This course will introduce students to American style of cooking and what it would be like to be a real chef! Each day you’ll prepare from scratch a variety of items such as appetizers, entrees, pastas, BBQ and more. You will train in a professional style kitchen, learning about proper cooking techniques and food safety through lecture, demonstration, as well as hands-on activities and cooking. You will be able to dine on your own American style creations!
