ONE WEEK, 1/2 DAY COURSE
This course will introduce students to international styles of cooking and what it would be like to be a real chef! Each day you’ll prepare from scratch a variety of items from different regions of the world including Italian, Latin and Asian cuisine. You will train in a professional style kitchen, learning about proper cooking techniques and food safety through lecture, demonstration, as well as hands-on activities and cooking. You will be able to dine on dishes you create from around the world!
