ONE WEEK, 1/2 DAY CLASS
This course will introduce students to commercial styles of baking. Each day you’ll prepare from scratch a variety of items such as quick & yeast breads, scones and danishes. You will train in a professional style kitchen, learning about proper baking techniques and food safety through lecture, demonstration, as well as hands-on activities and cooking. You will be able to enjoy the yummy breads & bakery delights you create in class!
