ClassGraphic One week, ½ day course
This course will introduce students to commercial styles of baking. Each day you’ll prepare from scratch a variety of items including cakes, cupcakes, custards, and more. You will train in a professional style kitchen, learning about proper baking techniques and food safety through lecture, demonstration, as well as hands-on activities and cooking.  You will be able to enjoy the sweet treats that you create in class!
