Learn Sprint speed is a total-body effort, and there are 3 critical mistakes most young athletes make that can be corrected with proper coaching. Lightning-fast 1st step quickness is much easier to achieve when you truly understand athletic posture, and are focused and ready to react quickly.By mastering how to cut and change direction using the most efficient push-off angles, including when to cut at full speed and when not to, you can become a nearly impossible player to defend in almost any sport.Perfecting shuffle, crossover run and backpedal techniques will turn you into a lock-down defender that coaches will love, and will frustrate opponents!
