Would you like to work for a law firm or perhaps work independently for your own clients preparing legal documents?  If you have some experience (as a paralegal or working in another capacity in a law firm), we can give you the expert knowledge you need to confidently complete documents for your own clients or in a legal setting.

  • Prepare Evictions for Landlords and Eviction Defenses for Tenants
  • Prepare Uncontested Divorce Proceedings
  • Create LLC’s, S corps, and C Corps
  • Negotiate Consumer Debt
Legal assistants must maintain a $25,000 bond and register with the county.  Earning potential: $32K-$49K, with government LDA jobs up to $64,000 salary.
Prerequisite: A high school diploma with two years of legal experience; a baccalaureate degree with one year of legal experience; or a certificate of completion from a paralegal program approved by the American Bar Association.
