Are you ready to work out! This is a fast-paced, heart pumping, muscle burning workout that will leave you knowing that you have done something great for yourself! You will engage in various exercises including cardio, calisthenics and weight training to tone and firm your body. You will also receive nutritional advice to complement your fitness efforts.
 
This class is open to all fitness levels.  The goal of the instructor is to get you into shape! Please bring in one set of dumb bells (either 3lb, 5lb, or 7lb), a yoga mat and resistance bands with handles.
 
You will have to disclose any medical conditions or physical limitations/injuries that may impact your workout to the instructor (This information will be kept confidential).
