CourseGraphic The hospitality industry is growing rapidly resulting in many opportunities for employment. In this course students will be introduced to the hospitality industry and the skills needed to secure an entry-level part-time position or a full-time career. We will discuss current trends that are shaping foodservice and hotel operations along with perspective careers in hospitality management, food service, employment, hotel operations and hospitality as a service industry.
