Equity and Diversity in the Workplace

With the ever-changing dynamics in society, it’s more important than ever to acknowledge the importance of equity and diversity. Recognizing and respecting diverse cultures and their individual differences is key for today’s workplace. This course will build understanding, inform participants of the differences in the workplace, and use activities and dialogue to build skills on how best to acknowledge various scenarios from the perspective of others.
