Create Your Own Storybook (Grades 1-4)

Please read:  When registering over the phone or online, you are agreeing to the following: I grant approval for my child to participate in the youth classes and release Cerritos College Community Education and any instructors or assistants from any liability arising from his/her participation in said classes. I understand that Cerritos College Community Education does not provide health or medical insurance for participants; consent is hereby given to the instructors or supervisors to give or seek medical aid as required in the case of an emergency. My child's photograph and first name may be used should media or staff interview or take pictures of my child while participating in a class. I understand that each youth class is designed for a specific age or grade level - I certify that I have enrolled my child in the appropriate grade level class. I understand that there are no refunds given due to enrollment in a class that is in the wrong age or grade level for my child. If you do not agree with the above statements, you will need to contact us prior to your child starting the class.
