Ceramics-Creating Through the Wheel (Grades 5-12)

Spin your creative wheels and join us for this great, hands-on class. You will learn a variety of ceramic building techniques that will introduce you to the wonderful world of art through ceramics. Students will learn techniques in hand building and the potter's decorative techniques such as scraffito, mishima, slip painting, and stamp texture. Students will also learn various kinds of glazing techniques and have the opportunity to fire their projects the second week of class.

Please wear old clothes and bring an apron to class.
